Vlaja was born in the Ukraine and moved to Connecticut when she was 6 years old. She lived in Connecticut through her college years, graduated from Quinnipiac University, and then met her husband in Mallorca Spain, a beautiful, romantic island in the Mediterranean Sea. They moved to Gainesville Florida and both her sons graduated from UF. They moved to Palm Coast 10 years ago. She and her husband presently live in Tidelands with their 2 Pugs. She also fosters pugs for Central Florida Pug Rescue and always has one or two extra little critters that are in need of forever loving homes. Vlaja worked in the Medical field for over ten years. Eight years ago, she entered the Real Estate arena and earned her GRI. Vlajas passion and expertise in Real Estate includes STAGING. She has also completed many successful Short Sales, and she is a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Vlajas international background has helped her earn her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Designation, and she is certified for Transnational Referrals. She earned her Senior Citizen Specialist Accreditation (SRES). Her enthusiasm for Real Estate ensures that every transaction goes smoothly, and always exceeds her customers expectations.
