Chris Brown - The approach that I take as a real estate consultant is to first of all, act like a consultant, not like a used car salesman. My role is to guide & advise my client & to lay out their choices based on my 35 years of experience, not to tell you what you want to hear & agree with you. I have helped over 740 families achieve their real estate goals, that is a lot of experience that I share with my clients. I have so many referrals & repeat clients because I put their needs first & follow this principle of business. I provide my clients with the education & the tools, so they understand the investment that they are either selling or buying. This can be an overwhelming process, after all, it typically is the single largest purchase or sale that most people make. If you are selling and buying a new home, you most likely will be transacting over 1M+ and you need someone that will provide you with the skills, information, and advice to navigate this process.

I have the skills, knowledge, and expertise to help you navigate the waters of the Orlando real estate market. When you work with me, you will have access to my network of lenders, title people, attorneys, sub-contractors, inspectors, financial advisors, a total network of trusted people that will be happy to work with you, so you reach your real estate goals, all while you are in total control of the process. Bottom line is that my team and I help make this process as painless as possible.

I have created a team to help me. My team is divided into a marketing side, where we work with sellers to market and sell their home using cutting edge tools and techniques. I also have buyers agents that help me guide our buyer clients and I am involved in every transaction.

Background I grew up in Medical Lake, WA (Fairchild A.F.B.) where my father served in the military. I moved to Orlando in 1978, my family-built hundreds of custom homes where I learned construction from the footers to the shingles, when learned home design, sales, and all aspects of the building business. In 1987, I was licensed in real estate, obtained my brokers license in 1993, mortgage brokers license in 2004, LCAM license in 2006, then obtained 9 designations & certifications, also bought and sold several investment properties in my personal portfolio, and most importantly, helped hundreds of families reach their real estate goals.

In my rare spare time, I ride my Harley, go to the many local beaches, and constantly remodel my home, a never-ending process that I enjoy.
