Growing up with parents who were true entrepreneurs, I know and appreciate the value of customer service and hard work. Whether it was building residential homes, owning a restaurant, or developing and overseeing the seasonal operation of a Haunted Hotel, I was always there to support the family and to serve our valued customers.
I took those core values with me as I pursued a career in education, helping students of all ages achieve their dreams for nearly 25 years. One of my favorite roles was working as an educational consultant for Discovery Education. This position allowed me the opportunity to travel the country while working with countless amazing educators, assisting them in perfecting their craft and integrating the newest technology tools into their classrooms. Building relationships with prior students, their families, and fellow teachers, who are making a difference in our world every single day in their classrooms, was incredibly rewarding and has resulted in many lasting friendships.
After purchasing our first home in Southwest Florida in 2015, it was the perfect time for me to pursue a second career in real estate. Having moved too many times to count throughout my lifetime, home searches were always a constant. And with my father being a builder by trade, I was very familiar with every facet of the industry. Real estate is not just about selling homes, the homes often sell themselves Real estate is more about finding the perfect home for your client, or developing the perfect marketing plan, which takes true skill, as well as plenty of listening, observing, and genuinely getting to know your clients and their needs.
I feel blessed to have worked with countless buyers and sellers over the years and to have been so successful in the industry. In fact, my clients always end up becoming dear friends. I attribute my success to those same core values that I mentioned earlier. I am honest, knowledgable, hard-working, and I genuinely care about people.
