Wanda Franklin has held a real estate license in the state of Florida since 1991 and earned an Associates's Degree from Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College in Tifton GA. She opened her first property management firm, Heth Realty in August 2008 as broker/owner. She has been Property Manager of the Year for the Local Board of Realtors for 2007 and 2011. Served as Multiple Listing President in 2013 and is still an active member of the Board.
She also holds an RMP (Residential Management Professional) & MPM (Master Property Manager) with the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
