I have worked in the real estate industry for over 16 years. I started my career as an intern with a national home builder while finishing up my degree in Investment Finance from University of North Florida. After graduation I obtained several state licenses including real estate and spent the next several years selling new construction homes. After meeting my husband in 2009 I transitioned over to the marketing side of the business where I worked my way up to become the Jacksonville divisions Director of Marketing for the then 4th largest national home builder. After years of learning both the sales and marketing side of the new construction business I decided to take my real estate experience to the next level and master the resale housing side. In 2016 I opened CrossView Realty and haven't looked back since. When I'm not busy with customers or my agents, I spend my time as a devoted wife to my husband Scott, mother to my 2 children and serving my church and community.
Jennifer specializes in new construction, 55+ communities, resales, towhomes, condos and luxury transactions.
