Tracey Lavoll is an educator at heart, using her background as a teacher to guide clients through the intricate process of buying and selling a home. It can be confusing and stressful, but I try to make the process calm, orderly and easy to understand, says Lavoll, a Realtor with 15 years of experience who was designated one of Keller Williams Top Five agents in South Florida for November, 2018.
Her level-headed demeanor hails from thousands of hours of classroom experience. After graduating with honors from California Polytechnic University, Tracey spent seven years as a teacher in the California public school system while earning her masters degree in education from San Jose State University. That experience served her well when she became a Realtor in 2003, shortly after moving to Florida with her family: She achieved Multi Million Dollar Producer status that first year and has never looked back.
Tracey attributes much of her success to the close relationships shes formed with her clients over the years. I really care about my clients, and I try to take care of them. I think thats why more than 90 percent of my business comes from referrals and repeat business, she says. It also helps that the longtime Shores of Jupiter resident has developed an intimate knowledge of neighborhoods and communities in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, where local insight is the key to buying and selling in ultra-competitive markets like Jupiter, Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens.
Traceys success in the business did not go unnoticed when in 2013 she was recruited to become an instructor for Keller Williams Realty of the Palm Beaches, part of the largest real estate franchise in the world. In addition to mentoring new and seasoned sales associates, running the very successful real estate team Lavoll Group, Tracey is also heading up the Agent Leadership Council at her office. Continuing education is the cornerstone to growth and continued success in all endeavors in life says Tracey as she heads off to class to learn more about the new advanced technology Keller Williams is rolling out in 2019 to assist both their clients and their agents.
After nearly two decades of facilitating purchases and sales of real estate, Tracey has developed an intimate knowledge of neighborhoods and communities in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. In ultra-competitive markets like Jupiter, Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens, local knowledge is crucial both when you are selling and purchasing a home. Combined with her local knowledge, expert marketing campaigns and an average 17 days on the market ensures sellers an expedient sale and home buyers dont lose out on their dream home. Over the years she has also built strong relationships with mortgage brokers, home remodelers, and other home service professionals in the area, something that benefits her clients in getting good craftsmen and potential money savings along the way.
When shes not working, Tracey lives in her favorite neighborhood, The Shores of Jupiter, with her husband Jostein and two daughtersElena attends Florida State University and Bella is a senior at Jupiter High School, where Tracey volunteers some of her time and has been cheering Project Graduation, an alcohol-free night filled with fun and games for the senior graduation night at Jupiter High. In her free time, she loves to go out paddle boarding and practice Pilates. Jostein, meanwhile, is one of the pilots for Trauma Hawk, Palm Beach Countys emergency response helicopters.
