Getting to know Rainbow Young

! Thank you for visiting my website and giving me an opportunity to tell you a little about myself. My name is Rainbow, which is the direct translation of my original Chinese name . It is considered a "giving" name for a girl in my culture. In both my personal and professional life, I try to live up to my name by always giving my best and putting others first.

I was born and raised in southwest China and I am fluent in Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, and other dialects. In China, I began my career in the construction industry, working for a large state-owned engineering firm for 14 years. I hold degrees in both construction budgeting and accounting. This work required me to use my passion and skill for numbers and be extremely customer and detail-oriented.

After moving to Florida 20 years ago, I made the transition to a career in real estate. Real estate allows me to put both my accounting and customer service backgrounds to excellent use. I understand that buying or selling a home can be one of the most important financial decisions a person makes, and I work hard to provide the care and diligence my real estate customers demand and deserve. My goal is to make the difficult easy.

Besides serving the local market, I am also a Global real estate server. As a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International, I assist customers with their real estate needs throughout the US, and around the globe. I also hold my Financial Advisor License, CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI designation (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) in order to serve my customers at the highest level.

When I'm not helping others buy and sell homes, or plan for their financial futures, I enjoy spending time outdoors taking nature walks, swimming in our local springs, and nurturing my fabulous vegetable garden. I also love to visit museums and theme parks and attend quality live performances. Gainesville is full of recreational opportunities and I take advantage of as many as I can.
