Paula Aponte, originally from New York State, began her education at Dowling College located in OakDale, New York. Her passion for helping people led her to a fulfilling career special education. In 2003, she and her family made the move to Central Florida and it is there that she began her career as a special educator. After working as a classroom teacher at one of Orange County Public Schools for just two years, she was honored to become the schools behavior specialist. In 2007 she and her family moved into the Lake County area where she was offered a position at the district office and was given an opportunity to be of support to classroom teachers, provide district trainings and meet with students and their families periodically. As her career continued at the district office she completed her schooling with Jones International University and obtained her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. Her ability to communicate with teachers and families has always been an area that she excelled in. Moving to the Lakeland area for her family, which includes her husband and two children, provided her with new opportunities to work for a local Charter School System. Living in Lakeland also presented itself with new opportunities to meet and work with people in the real estate industry. Utilizing her skills as an effective communicator, organizer and leader along with her passion for people, has helped her make the decision to transition into real estate.
Paula is energetic, listens to peoples wants and needs and realizes that a home is one of the most personal expressions of a person's life and an important financial commitment. Helping clients to purchase or sell a home begins with this understanding. She promises to work hard for her customers and to listen to their needs. She promises to provide results that are quick, seamless and stress free. She is dedicated to making things happen.
