My objective is to provide a greater Realtor experience by way of incorporating all of my intimate knowledge gained throughout my finance background and Real Estate career. I truly love living in Florida and I enjoy living vicariously through my customers as they experience all that Southwest Florida has to offer for the first time.
I began my Real Estate career in 2003 by way of creating my first Real Estate investment Corporation which specialized in residential and commercial investment property and operating in three states with a combined portfolio of 286 investment properties. I directed all aspects of operations, developed and executed company contracts, ensured compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations and held accountability for managing investor/bank relations. This experience and knowledge gives me a vital edge dealing with all functions of a Real Estate transaction.
My love for the Florida lifestyle rerouted my career from the Midwest (A decision I will never regret). Real Estate is my passion when working, but when I need to relax I find myself spending time navigating our magnificent waterways with my gorgeous wife and 2 beautiful son's.
