Pat started full-time real estate sales after a twenty-one year career as a law enforcement supervisor for the Tampa Police Department. Real estate is not new to Pat though, his passion for the industry began as a teenager helping his boss fix up dilapidated houses and "flipping" them, long before that term had ever been used. He honed his skills through a two-year apprenticeship program with a residential building program.

Pat has been investing in real estate since the first home he ever purchased, a duplex with instant rental income to offset his mortgage payment. Pat went on to purchase vacant land before the most recent real estate 'bust' and was fortunate enough to sell before it. He currently owns three historic mixed-use commercial buildings and has been rehabbing them, tackling most of the work himself. Pat enjoys 'hunting' for bargains but his passion is in helping others find bargains for themselves.

Pat previously served eight years as a Trustee on the Tampa Fire & Police Pension Fund. He served two terms as Vice-Chairman and Chairman respectively, overseeing a 1.7 billion dollar investment fund. Pat also served as Chairman of their real estate investment committee, overseeing the final development and sale of a total of over 1,700 acres of commercial and industrial property. During his leadership, the final portions of the project were sold at a 20% premium above the appraised value.
