After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University in 1992, Britt began his career in South Florida as a real estate appraiser. He became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 1995, a license he holds to this day. His 22+ year career in this field allowed him to become educated with most neighborhoods throughout Palm Beach, Broward & Miami Dade counties. His appraisal expertise is an asset in assisting sellers to determine a list price for their home and ensures that buyers do not overpay for a property. Britt's real estate knowledge also includes real estate investment, acting as a landlord, and serving as a property manager for single family homes, condos and 2-4 family dwellings. He has also successfully rehabbed and renovated multiple properties. He has longstanding working relationships with skilled, trustworthy contractors and tradesmen that can aid sellers in preparing their home for sale or buyers in estimating repair costs. Britt became a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in 2004. Over the years he has assisted sellers achieve their needs, investors accomplish their real estate goals and buyers realize their dreams.
