Grace McCurry relocated to sunny Jacksonville, FL in 1985 to escape the bitter Minnesota winters. Upon her transition, she immediately fell in love with Floridas rich history, warm weather and sandy coastlines. She resides in St. Johns, and is an expert in the areas real estate market. Graces expansive history in retail and the desire for one-on-one interaction, encouraged her to rethink her career in banking. She and her husband, Boyd, opened their own business in 1991. After years of success, they sold the company in 2003. Seeing the correlation between realty and retail, Grace decided to delve deeper into the industry in 2005 and hasnt looked back since. During her first year she reached $1.25 million in sales, and shes worked diligently to achieve continuous growth each year since. In 2014, she earned the Chairman's Award for sales of $5 million +. Grace prides herself on maintaining a positive and progressive work ethic. She finds that maintaining sufficient client satisfaction is contingent on having an open and honest line of communication. She strives to provide the highest level of service to each of her clients in Jacksonville by fostering the balance between being a professional resource and a trusted adviser and friend. Grace feels fulfilled when among family, giggling during her favorite comedies, volunteering with local charities and during casual walks and biking.
