Realtor Gisela "Gigi" Freeman has been involved in real estate transactions her entire professional career. Prior to sales and marketing of properties, Gigi secured her formal education and experience in the mortgage industry as a paralegal professional, providing her a unique ability and perspective in helping her clients through the entire real estate process--from search and listing to financing to the intricacies of closing.
Gigi learned volumes about homebuilding, renovating and permitting from an early age as her father was for years an experienced general contractor. Constantly around the operations of the business gave her a life-long love for homes and the entire process of construction, buying, marketing and selling.
Gigi specializes in residential properties--including property management and relocation. Her main focus are the areas of South Miami, Coral Gables and Miami proper--markets which she is knowledgeable, experienced and has a wide professional network. Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, she has spent her entire life in South Florida, growing up in Coral Gables and later residing in South Miami, where she raised her son and now lives. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
A homegrown Miamian, Gigi graduated from Coral Gables Senior High School, attended Miami-Dade Community College and then Florida International University for her degree in Paralegal Studies. Gigi spent the next 20 years in both the legal real estate and mortgage fields before entering sales and marketing as a talented insider.
Gigi loves the challenges of being a Realtor. She is friendly and always cherishes the opportunity to share her experiences and knowledge of the field with those looking to buy or sell their home. One of her most interesting deals involved a house swap, in which her client swapped houses with another homeowner. In the end, her goal is to make you happy with the sale of your home or the purchase of your dream home!
