Barbara Hemingway is a native Floridian. Born in Orlando, Fl and moved to the Space Coast until her young teens. She has lived in Arizona, California, Arkansas and Pennsylvania however her native roots brought her back to Florida in 1986. She has been a part of Property Management and Real Estate sales/rentals since the late 80s, starting her career as a PM in the Apartment Industry. Prior to entering this field her background was in the Banking, and Financing industry.
Barbara is a licensed Realtor and is a member of the Sarasota and Manatee Association of Realtors as well as a Community Association Manager. Recently she has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations designation as well as an AMS designation. Barbara has a proven track record in sales and rentals in the Manatee/Sarasota County area. She enjoys travel, boating and spending time with her family. She and her husband Mark have an adult son and two cats Max and Maxi (brother and sister) and Duchess a beautiful German Shepard we recently rescued.
Barbara specializes in buyers/sellers agent and relocation specialist transactions.
