I moved to Gainesville in 1978 after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education. I taught in both public and private schools for 10 years. In 2006 I decided to enter the real estate profession and joined the outstanding company of Coldwell Banker M. M. Parrish Realtors.
I have 3 wonderful children - Ray, Nick, and Amanda who are all happily married. I am truly blessed with 6 wonderful grandchildren!
In 2002 I married A. Page Jacobson, DDS, MS who is an orthodontist who is in private practice and a faculty member at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He recently retired and still enjoys going back to the office to spend a day or two a month because he loves his work so much!
