Debbies genuine desire to serve, educate and advise her clients through their transition has been the cornerstone of her business.
Working with sellers is Debbies speciality. First, she begins with simple staging techniques to neutralize and declutter the home. Next, professional photos and drone footage is taken by the areas premier photography team, VTour Homes, who she has used exclusively since 2015. Finally, the listing is broadcast across all of the teams social media channels, private Realtor groups as well as Debbies Realtor referral partners in other states. What sets Debbie apart from other agents is, when she works with Buyers, her comprehensive understanding of the home building process. She has been a member of the local chapter of the NAHB, known as the Manatee-Sarasota Builders Industry Association, since 2016 providing her the opportunity to support and connect with all the builders and their sales teams in both Manatee and Sarasota Counties. These relationships equip Debbie with additional insights and the ability to resolve challenges with greater ease and effectiveness.
Debbie credits her success to working beside her husband and Broker, Ray Turner, and their Director of Operations, Elizabeth Booth. This dynamic team consistently provides a seamless selling, buying or building experience for their clients by combining cutting-edge technology with clear, consistent communication, as well as the benefits of using their trusted business partners for all the services needed during the transaction.
After winning her fight with breast cancer in 2018, Debbie wanted to make a difference in her community and found an organization she has become very passionate about, The Childrens Guardian Fund of Sarasota. Debbie serves on the Board of Directors and Development Committee where the primary objective is to provide funding to meet the emergency needs and enable normalcy and enrichment in the lives of children in both foster care and state care throughout Floridas 12th Judicial Circuit.
When Debbie has some free time, she loves cooking for her family and friends, traveling and physical fitness.
