Coming from a family deeply rooted in construction, development, and real estate, Bobbys vast experience and knowledge have propelled his career, with personal sale volumes topping half a billion dollars. Barfield's journey began in rural South Carolina in the early 90's, where he designed, developed, marketed, and sold building sites for residential homes. With a degree in Civil Engineering, Barfield has a unique understanding of how to transform an idea from lines on a paper to fully constructed homes and communities, each with its own distinctive lifestyle. In 1997, he moved to Wilmington N.C., selling homes and properties in Master Planned Communities such as Magnolia Greens and St James Plantation. After being named the Top Selling Broker for 3 years in a row, Barfield joined the Ginn Company in South Florida. His vision for communities, his role in marketing, training sales and support staff, and his ability to close millions of dollars in predevelopment sales for communities such as Tesoro, Tesoro Preserve (now Ravella), Watersong, Hammock Beach, Reunion, Bella Collina, and Quail West, are a testament to his remarkable achievements. Bobby's participation in 5 of the top 7 single day real estate sales events in Florida history further underscores his success. In 2008, with the Great Recession in full swing, Bobby opened his own Brokerage company, listing and selling newly constructed and resale homes in Tesoro and Ravello. Closing 66% of all sales in the Tesoro for over 20 years, Bobby is recognized as one of the top Real Estate Professionals in South Florida.
