I started selling real estate in California in 1976, in 1986 I was licensed to sell real estate in Virginia and West Virginia but the call of balmy breezes in winter instead of snow and sleet brought me to Charlotte County in 1988 and in 1989 I was licensed in Florida and began selling real estate locally. I got my brokers license in 1990 and developed a team starting in 1994 and with well over 100 million dollars worth of real estate sold locally, it's been a wild, fun ride. Most recently my daughter graduated from college and got her real estate license, so our team is offering both experience and knowledge of local real estate and youthful enthusiasm to find you the perfect property or help you sell your home, land or condo.
