Born and raised in London, England where she worked as a Credit Controller for an American Electronic Company based in the UK, Yvonne with her family immigrated to South Florida in 2001. From 2001 through 2007 Yvonne remained active in her childrens lives and the community by serving as the Treasurer of the PTA for the school her children attended. She worked hard and remained focused on inspiring young minds to become better adults. Instilled in children: value selves, value leadership, work hard, be independent, go-getters and drive themselves, helped them in Kids against Alcohol which is a re-enactment of a drunk driving experience to show kids here today, gone tomorrow, if you drive and driveOnce her children graduated in 2007, Yvonne felt that she wanted to continue to stay active in her community so she entered into a career in Real Estate. 2007 was difficult economy time in Real estate Short Sales quickly became her expertise. Yvonne helped homeowners in distress navigate the process by choosing the debt settlement option known as a Short Sale. She guided them every step of the way so that they were able to move on with their lives free of liability and with limited damage to their credit. Whilst specializing in Million Dollar Short Sales 90% of the sellers where never met in person, all transactions where done by email, or over the phone,When Yvonne has down time, you can find her involved in children organizations such as JAFCO, Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options, where she is a proud godparent of a young child in their establishment. The organization keeps children safe and helps them grow in a loving environment. Yvonne is a proud mum of two children and was actively involved in their youth and now uses her knowledge of raising children to help her give back to the local community in children volunteer work. She is extremely charismatic on all levels, from helping her clients, to helping children. Yvonne understands that a change in residence is more than just a financial or geographical move; its an emotional move as well. Being there to help you with it all, is what distinguishes her from the competition. Most importantly, Yvonne is a go-getter that does not give up until the job is done.
