After spending 10 years in the banking industry, Dany and her family decided, in 2003, to move on the Hawaiians islands. It was a chance for a different life and new adventures. They fell in love with the culture, life style, and beauty of the islands and decided to settle there for a while.
So passionate about real estate, Dany decided to get her real estate license and started her own business. For many years, she worked side by side with her husband, a licensed contractor, as they bought, refurbished, and sold investments properties.
Holding many open houses, Dany had the opportunity to meet a lot of customers. Her approach, and ability to listen to the clients' needs by focusing on their criterias make buyers and sellers choose Dany as their agent.
In 2009, when the U.S. economy crashed, they decided to fulfill another of their dream to have their children learn a third language: Spanish. They all moved from Hawaii to Puerto Rico, in the Caribbean, and spent a full year learning everything about la cultura espaola, Spanish culture.
Dany is now a license realtor in the State of Florida for the past 10 years, member of the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors. She really enjoys working with both, buyers and sellers. Her ultimate goal as a buyers agent is to find the most suitable home possible at the best possible price and as a seller's agent it is to sell the property at the highest price possible in the shortest time period.
