Katerina has been in the professional sales industry for nearly two decades. She describes herself as full of energy and quick on her feet, and is a mother, a wife, and a Realtor. Originally from Russia, she spent 12 years in Sacramento before moving to Sarasota in 2002. She still enjoys the Russian culture, but she couldn't be any prouder to be an American. Katerina loves that Sarasota feels like a city but still has a small, cozy charm . Katerina brings a fine-tuned ability for customer service and takes great pleasure in guiding, informing and assisting customers with one of life's biggest transactions. She approaches real estate with patience and perseverance, getting results with broad exposure, networking, market awareness and a determined drive. Most recently, she was the Business Development Manager of Chern Construction for 7 years, learning the importance of creating an exceptional customer experience while navigating the ins and outs of Florida's construction industry. As she transitioned into real estate, she found that there was something uniquely special about having the opportunity to guide, inform and assist customers. Katerina has an Associates of Arts in General Education from Manatee Community College. Fluent in Russian, Katerina has been married to her husband for 8 years and has a daughter who is the light of her life. For fun, she enjoys spending time at the beach - Lido or Siesta, camping, and discovering new places to take her family. She considers herself a dog person, If I could adopt every puppy, I would! and she loves taking her dogs for long walks and rollerblading.
