Welcome everyone! My name is Brandon Farley, the Broker of Farley Coastal Real Estate, LLC where all your real estate needs can be answered. We specialize in Residential and have our own luxury brand that involves high class vendors to make sure marketing property stands out from the rest. Client protection, trust, loyalty, honesty and communication is the most important characteristics I feel have bring to the table. I also wanted to stand out from the rest in many ways. I didn't want to be the "typical" real estate Broker. I developed programs to make the selling process more affordable and the buying process must easier than clients could ever believe. I am the Co-Founder of the Healthcare Hero Program where myself and my partners teamed up to provide benefits to those in the Healthcare / Education industry. We also help waive some fees for our Veterans as we very much thank them for their service. There, clients do do manual searches with easy to use IDX, mortgage calculator, check flood zones, review our seller services, our reviews, credit repair and much more. Our high quality photos and utilizing the right sources for each home is what will make our listing stand out the most. We do heavy marketing on Zillow and get around 20 calls per month as well as around 40 additional buyers per month. Buyers will see our faces heavily on Zillow and will also see our listings. We also have lender co-marketing material such as brochures and seller's own property website for even more exposure. Exposure, hard work and determination is key when working with our buyers and sellers. We want to make your goals and dreams come to making it a smooth transition every step of the way.
I graduated with a Master's Degree from Eastern Illinois University and worked in education in Florida as a Guidance Counselor. My passion in helping others has always been apart of who I am. I want my company to represent that as I want my clients to feel like they made the best choice in choosing Farley Coastal Real Estate to represent them. My name, my brand and the impact I have on others means everything to me.
We don't just count the sales we do, we count the number of clients we have an impact on. There is nothing better than seeing seeing our client take that next step into a new chapter in their life. A portion of funds upon every sale will go into a fund as the proceeds will go towards disadvantage students by providing backpacks, clothing, bills, tutoring services, shoes, home utilities, etc.
On my spare time, my family and I love going to the beach, the movies, jet skiing, boating and spending time with family. I have a beautiful wife, Danielle Farley, a 13 year old daughter and a 4 year old monster. name Landon. Danielle and I are both licensed agents in Florida. I also have my Sales Associate License in South Carolina.
