Karen Smith is a native Floridian who grew up in Palm Beach County. After graduating from Vanderbilt University, she raised three children and resided in Greensboro, North Carolina. While in NC, she worked as a Critical Care nurse and later pursued her lifelong interest of real estate sales.
Missing the tropical breezes and warm winters of South Florida, Karen relocated back to Vero Beach. She and her husband have enthusiastically embraced Vero Beach as their home of many years and are thrilled to be living in such a special town. Karen enjoys the recreational lifestyle and Old Florida charm that Vero Beach affords, and loves to fish, run on the beach, play tennis, kayak and bike along the scenic byways.
As a consistent Top Producer agent with Alex MacWilliam, Karen brings to the real estate business a combination of her real estate acumen, love of working with people and a meticulous attention to detail.
