Hi! My name is Eva Burd and I love what I do! Since I was a little girl, I wanted to be a Realtor. After 20 years as a Financial Planner/Buyer in Corporate America, my lifelong dream finally came true in 2015 when I got my real estate license. I am so grateful to have a career where I can help people turn their love and dreams into a home.

My favorite thing about being a Realtor is how rewarding it is. I have made so many incredible friends over the last four years and I love the close relationships we have maintained. Its a special feeling to know that you helped someone with one of the biggest decisions they will ever make. I pride myself on making the process as stress free as possible (with 20 years planning experience, I am extremely organized), but I also have the business experience needed for the tough negotiations that occur during a real estate transaction.

I am very proud of the fact that I have been a multi-million dollar producer every year that I have been in the business and have consistently ranked in the top 20% of agents in Lee County.

In 2016 I founded the Meetup group Wine, Dine and Finds to help our residents learn more about this great community we live in. We go to wine tastings, the theatre, sporting events, dinners, boating trips, happy hours, and more! Its all about loving where you live and I do!

When I am not busy selling Real Estate, I can often be found playing with my two Golden Retriever/Lab rescue pups. I found my paradise and would love to help you find yours.
