Hey there! Lets cut to the chase here the reason youre reading this is because you are planning on buying or selling a home, and you want to make sure that you are selecting the right agent to help you with one of the biggest financial decisions you will make in your life. Whew, no pressure on me right? J Well, let me tell you a little bit about myself so that you can determine if Im the agent for you.
First and foremost, you should know that I pride myself on my availability to my clients. I dont work a 9-5 Monday-Friday. My schedule is whatever accommodates your schedule. My job is to make this process as easy as it can be, and that means being available to you when you need me. In a lot of cases, time is of the essence when youre buying a home.
Secondly, I come from a military family. Dad, uncles, grandpas, cousins you get the idea. And as if that wasnt enough military talk for me growing up, I found myself marrying a military man. So I guess you could say that I know what military life is like. I know what deployments are like. I know that moving every three years can be less than extraordinary. I also know that if you are buying a home while your spouse is away it can be extremely overwhelming. Ill be here to help you to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible, so its one less thing to worry about.
My goal as your agent, ultimately, is not just to open doors and negotiate for you, but to establish a relationship with you to better understand your needs in the process of buying or selling real estate. The most important thing to me is that I earn your trust so that you know that you have a true professional on your side, working for you day in and day out to help you find the place you'll call HOME.
