Russell is a natural entertainer and a great communicator. Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Russell began a radio and television career that has now been over 28 years and running! Russell has managed and consulted English and Spanish language radio stations in Lubbock, McAllen, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Boston, and most recently Miami! While in radio Russell won numerous awards in broadcasting highlighted with Morning Radio Host of the year, Program Director of the year 2000,2005, 2008, and Nationally recognized Program Best Program Director in America by Radio Ink 2016. Back in 2008, Russell used his finance knowledge and received his mortgage origination license which he would use to become a top producer originating mortgage loans and selling real estate. In 2017 Russell and his wife Jaine decided to transfer to the greater Miami area to explore more opportunities. Russell's wife Jaine, a native of Monterrey Mexico, is a Spanish Language Music promoting Veteran of 13 years handling promotional opportunities for popular Spanish Language artists like Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, Maluma, J Balvin, as well as Regional Mexican music groups Intocable, Solido, Banda MS. Russell, and Jaine have 5 children (All Girls) He is the epitome of Girl Dad! The Pembertons call Wellington, Florida home now, and are very active in the local communities. Russell specializes in listing and selling homes! He serves the Greater West Palm metro with a focus on the areas of Wellington, The Acreage, Jupiter, and Port Saint Lucie.
