My name is Yaylem Mir, I was born in Cuba. Came to this country with my parents for a better life in a county that you get what you put into it.
I have always been a hard worker and have given it all in every job I had in the past. I was always been intrigue in real estate and I love the part of helping others to have the American dream of owning your own home! I believe thats a accomplishment in everyone life. I started in this business as a realtor 9 years ago and I have enjoy every step of the way as we learn in this business every single day.. Now, in the last two years I own my a real estate company that I decided to name Vibe real estate with my husband that has always supported me and motivated me more in this business since he has been in real estate and in the mortgage industry for over 20 years.
Having my husband by my side, I get my clients approved and explain the process even better to my first time home buyers that have never done this before and to my sellers I help them evaluate their home with their estimated sales price and actual active listing in the area .
Im a go getter, I work hard to get what I have accomplish and every day is earn with my hard work. I put my clients first, I dont stop to we find their dream home.
I like to make my buyers and sellers knowledgeable of their steps in the home buying process or selling.
Today, I have over 19 great agents that work for me since Im a broker and I love working as a team and thats our main focus in my office since they are my real estate family.
I love what I do and enjoy my career has fulfill me and makes me feel like I make a difference in their life making this process as most convenient and easy as possible with no worries involve.
