I am a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and former Naval Aviator back in familiar territory at Perdido Key. We live and work just outside of the home of Naval Aviation, Pensacola, Florida. After a career flying Navy aircraft and commercial aircraft for Delta Air Lines all over the world, I have embarked on a new career, real estate. I have been coming to Perdido Key and the Pensacola area since 1968. I have seen the spectacular changes that make this area the special place it is today but I fell in love with the small town, family oriented atmosphere that revolves around the most beautiful sugar white beaches and superior boating, golfing , fishing, lounging, eating and much more. Moving here part time in the early 1990's we moved here full time in 2003 becoming fully engaged in church, community affairs, charitable and service groups and local "culture". We are engaged in initiatives supporting education, spiritual development, enhancement of life style, standards of living, environmental stewardship, beautification efforts, and business practices and advancement.I have lived and worked on the "Key" for 6 years. I know every doorknob, and nut and bolt on Perdido and the surrounding area. I have worked with families, investors, military folks, permanent residences and part time owners of real estate in my area of "expertise". I make it my business to know the answer to every question about real estate, schools, culture, places to eat, fishing holes, .....you name it and I will have the answer or I will know the local who will have the answer
