In 1992, after 18 years of employment with Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Debbie decided upon a new career -- Real Estate. She earned her Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 1994. She has since been the recipient of many sales awards, including: Rising Star (1993) and Women's Council of Realtors "Top Gun" 1994-2007. She is an accomplished Multi-Million dollar Producer, and a member of Women's Council of Realtors, National, Florida, and Pensacola Association of Realtors.
She is a Full-Time specialist for residential, retirement, vacation and waterfront properties in both Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. She hasn't been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year just be being friendly with her buyers and sellers. It takes a great deal of knowledge and hard work knowing the market, financing, understanding clients' wants and needs, creating marketing plans to sell each home on its merits, and negotiating skills.
