I graduated from University of South Florida. In 2004 as a way to pay for school I started the property maintenance company, Lawn Guru. The company still operates today and services Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Seffner, Lithia, and Fishhawk. Being around homes doing landscaping sparked my interest in real estate and allowed me to pursue my passion as a licensed realtor and real estate investor. I got licensed in 2012. Spent 8 years at Keller Williams learning the business and in 2020 started Cap X Real Estate.
I have been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1997 and call Dover my home. I have been married to my beautiful wife Erin for ten years and am the proud father of our two young ladies. I enjoy golf, hunting, fishing, shooting, and growing food in my backyard garden. Giving back to and supporting our local community is very important to me. I have been a Rotary member since 2009 and a member of the Brandon Rotary Club since 2015.
