Janice Barnard moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1999 from Michigan. She studied graphic arts at Michigan State University and proceeded to work in a fast, upscale environment. She began her real estate journey in 2014 as an on-site new home sales professional in the Tampa Florida area with a leader in the home building industry. The years spent working in new construction afforded her a comprehensive knowledge of the home building industry along with an expertise of the various builders in the surrounding Tampa Bay area. With her growing love of real estate, she has effectively transitioned into the general real estate market allowing her to focus her energy solely on her clientele. Janice enjoys home projects with her three children, loves to walk the Tampa beat for exercise and is an avid swimmer and boater. Janice is grateful for her life experiences and will continue to promote positivity and economic growth in our communities.
