Paul and Beth were born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. They married in 1986 and bought their first home at the ages of 18 and 22. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. In 1998 they followed their dream and moved to the Sunshine State. Paul owned and operated a homebuilding and remodeling company for 17 years so he has extensive knowledge of residential real estate. He also has his Captain's license and was owner/operator of Sea Tow Port Canaveral. This knowledge, along with living on the water, makes him stand out above the rest when in comes to waterfront property. Beth has been a Realtor since 2000 and a Broker-Associate since 2010. She served on the Grievance Committee for 5 years, Professional Standards 2 years and Director on the Board at the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors. She has also acquired her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation. They have received many awards and honors including the Diamond, Crown and Royal Awards from Coldwell Banker along with being Global Luxury Specialists.
