My 30 years of local expertise and extensive real estate land experience will benefit you whether you are buying or selling a building property. I've done over 2,000 real estate sales in this area, mostly land and investment homes.
I have BS in marketing and an MBA in finance from Penn State University. I was a Division President at Pulte Homes and I am an expert in land economics. I also have arranged financing for millions of dollars for a variety of real estate projects when I was a Managing Director with Bank of America so I can help you finance your lot, home or project.
