We serve Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, St. Lucie, Broward, Orange and Osceola Counties; we have agents in the Tampa and Pensacola areas.
We employ 220+ licensed real estate professionals with experience that ranges from 1 year to over 30 years in the industry. We also have agents with the CRS and GRI designations as well as National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
As the Broker and President of Home Run Real Estate, I have been licensed since 1998 in real estate and over 25 years experience in customer service and sales. We continually train our agents in all aspects of real estate including selling HUD Foreclosures and Bank Owned Properties. We keep up to date with new laws and regulations regarding Short Sale and Foreclosures. For 5 years I personally taught the first time home buyers class following Fannie Mae Guidelines for Palm Beach County. We have many years experience working with special county funding, such as the State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) Program and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
Our offices are fully equipped with top of the line computers, full time experienced staff, and our main office is open 7 days per week. We are a fully digital, green office, storing all our files in PDF format for immediate access using Document Manager. All of our offices are centrally located in high traffic areas. Our agents have use of the offices 24/7. We maintain E&O coverage. We currently handle bank owned listings from Bank United, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, National City, Deutsche Bank, RES.NET, Sovereign Bank, Tribeca Lending, US Bank, M & T, and Selected as a Local Listing Broker for HUD Owned Properties. We are continuing to build new relationships.
