Both Marilyn and Mason have lived on St. George Island for 35 years. Mason Bean came to the island and started a construction company, which he had for 15 years, and has been selling real estate since. Marilyn Bean came from the Interior Design field and has been in real estate on St. George Island for the last 34 years.
Because of Marilyn and Mason's experience in building, they offer a special talent for site selection, permitting, remodeling ideas, or any other questions our clients might have.
They have invested in the island with vacation rental property as well as commercial real estate. Their personal experience with 1031 TAX DEFERRED EXCHANGES has also helped many customers, both buyers and sellers.
Both Marilyn and Mason have received the CENTURY 21 CENTURION Award, one of the highest levels of recognition given to top producing sales associates in the CENTURY 21 system. Mason and Marilyn continue to be a top producing team for the Franklin and Southern Gulf Counties Realtor Association. Mason was voted the 1997 Realtor of the Year and Marilyn was voted the 1999 Realtor of the Year, honors bestowed upon them by their professional peers. Mason was honored with the "2000 Citizen of the Year" award from the St. George Island Civic Club.

Marilyn and Mason have been extremely active in our community, serving as active committee members on the St. George Island Civic Club, St. George Island Volunteer Fire Department, Apalachicola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, The Florida Seafood Festival, and the REALTOR Association of Franklin County and Habitat for Humanity.
