Tyler Jones comes from a sixth generation St. Petersburg family, going back to forebears who built the very first schoolhouse in Pinellas County. Tyler has continued the family tradition of building St. Pete literally, with his extensive experience in construction, and figuratively, in his longtime commitment to developing St. Petes arts community. He brings a deep sense of commitment to community in real estate, and strives to find people homes that will help make them part of one of the most exciting cities in the country.
Tyler spent 4 years at Jabil Circuit in Project Management, followed by negotiating high-level municipal contracts as part of a renewable energy start-up. With his more than 5 years experience in construction management, Tyler gained technical knowledge of homes, home construction and development. Combined with his natural gift of negotiation, Tylers skill set gives him the right tools to get his customers what they need, at the price they want.
Tyler graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Theater and Art. He remains engaged in promoting and growing St. Petes arts community. Hes not just selling you a house he has a vested interest in continuing to make St. Pete a better place to live.
