Stephanie served six (6) years in the US Navy. Following her service, she commenced IT consulting and Network Engineering with Coleman Technologies. After eight (8) years of building responsive, results-driven organizations, Stephanie combined her sales, leadership, and digital marketing strengths to serve in Real Estate.
Starting in residential resale, she soon led highly productive sales teams followed by management positions with KB Home (Regional Sales Manager) and McKinley Inc. (Regional Sales Director).
She has six years of experience in property disposition in central and north-central Florida (Gainesville, Ocala, and Orlando metro). She has extensive experience in new home construction, sales management, residential resale, multi-family and residential acquisitions, short sales, land development, land acquisition, and deal structuring/negotiations. She trained, developed, and managed 139 Sales Agents across Central FL.
