Prior to settling in Sarasota, I was raised in Eastern Europe and
then New Jersey in a family of real estate investors. My father,
brother and I started a successful residential construction business
in New Jersey where I learned the in's and out's of home construction,
investing and sales. In between projects, I vacationed in Sarasota and
was, as everyone else, drawn to all that the city has to offer. Soon
after, I decided to move.
After years of continued real estate investing success, I decided to
direct my talents towards helping area families and individuals meet
their financial goals through real estate investing.
My experience ranges from property management, home renovation, new
construction, consulting and negotiating.
