Moving from home to home and even onto a boat for a couple of years, I have experienced buying and selling a number of times. My understanding of the emotions that one goes through in the process comes first hand. Having grown up in Central Florida from Winter Park to Orlando, to Altamonte Springs, to Longwood, back to Downtown and now in College Park, I have seen the Greater Orlando Area change from a sleepy little community to a bustling urban environment. My children and grandchildren live here now and go to some of the same schools I attended. In my life, I have tried various occupations from being a suicide prevention center volunteer trainer, a child care center director, a small business owner, a front desk clerk for a bed and breakfast inn, an office manager and a telephone sales person (business to business) before becoming a REALTOR.Real Estate Sales is the first one that I have really considered as a fulltime, long term career. Helping people find the right home at the right price is very important to me. First time buyers are favorites, I get as excited as they do in searching for just the right place. Downsizing or moving up finds people looking for exactly the perfect match for their dreams and for the future so it can take some time to look at what is available and make it happen for them. I love every minute of showing homes! Selling your home can often be frought with doubts and worries but I try my best to lend my shoulder to my clients for support during this stressful time.
