Carisa cares about her community. Carisa and her family built their home in Jensen Beach near the protected Savanna State Park and preserve. She has strong ties to the community due to her parents purchase of a home more than 35 years ago along the beautiful St. Lucie River. She has first-hand experience with the highly rated Martin County School district and is heavily involved with her community. She is a member of a local running club, volunteers at the Humane Society and of the Treasure Coast and local soup kitchens and sits on the planning committee for a womens ministry leadership conference.
