Jill has decades of experience, specializing in upscale residential sales, with an in-depth knowledge of the regional marketplace, new construction on site sales, equestrian, marina, land development, investment, financing and listing and selling commercial properties in the Florida region and nationally. She is a meticulous project manager, balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining an organized yet creative outcome.
Jill has partnered with experienced and successful developers on projects such as a 210-slip marina and a luxury waterfront condo development with deep water docks. Some of Jill's land sales include a 95-acre equestrian property, a 320-home site development with 10 acres of commercial, and a 100-home site development. She is also Vice President of a 94-unit condominium in Palm Beach, FL.
Throughout Jill's career, she has also been very committed to the organization of numerous charity fund raising events. Jill was proudly awarded a ten-year pin with the Palm Beach County Chapter of The American Red Cross for dedication and hard work on the Young Friends of the Red Cross New Year's Eve Gala, The Annual Red Cross Polo Luncheon and The Red Cross International Ball. She has also been involved with events for: The American Cancer Society, The Boys and Girls Club of America, The Peggy Adam's Animal Rescue League, and The American Heart Association.
Jill also offers a unique creative advantage, having studied art at The Mass College of Art, Boston Ma.; The Armory Art Center, West Palm Beach, FL; Instituto Allende, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico; and Vero Beach Museum of Art, Vero Beach, FL.
In her spare time, Jill enjoys spending time with her family in Seattle, skiing, boating, and water sports.
