Kristin earned a Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida. Real Estate transactions are frequently emotional and Kristin realized her degree has come in handy facilitating transactions and building sales teams in management. Kristin is a member of the Daytona Beach Association of Realtors, a member of Ormond Leadership Alumni, Chair of the Daytona Beach Area Association MLS Committee, sits on the Board of Directors for DBAAR, is a member of the Finance Committee and the Grievance Committee. She holds several real estate designations, including real estate broker, C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) short sale and foreclosure resource, E-Pro, and has completed course requirements for appraisal certification in the state of Florida.
