My Background:

I am originally from the greater New York City area and have been living in Southeast Florida for over 20 years, 13 years of which I have resided in the Miami Beaches. I bring with me that same work ethic, timeliness, and sense of urgency that New York Professionals are known for. I believe this separates me from many of the agents & brokers in Southeast Florida. After a 15-year career in Information Technology at IBM, American Express, & JPMorgan Chase, I left the industry to start my own business as a Florida Real Estate Broker in 2011.

My experience in real estate includes luxury property sales, both residential & commercial assemblages for developers, listing & selling over 150 residential short sales (I am Short Sale Certified, REO Certified, and a Distressed Property Professional), residential & commercial leasing, orchestrating seller-financed transactions, preparing Broker Price Opinions, and acting as a Real Estate Expert Witness.

I am a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker & the Owner of Metro International Investments (established in 2013) and Miami Beach Brokers (established in 2017). I am also a Florida Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS ID: 2228667 ) working with Pathway Home Loans to offer my customers both mortgage advice and the most competitive financing options available in the industry.
