Born in New York City and moved to Miami Florida at a young age. Went to school locally graduating High School top of my class. I then attended Miami-Dade Community College and got a degree in Business Administration. After 10 years in the Hospitality industry I got my Real Estate Salesman license in 1992 were I used my hospitality industry experience and applied it to my real estate business and became Rookie of the year and top producer of my office in my first year. As a broker since 1995 Nelson has been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions both commercial and residential.
Fluent in Spanish and English and aware of the dynamic culture South Florida offers to all of our patrons. Also love to play racquetball, spend time with my family, and stay involved in my parochial community giving time and resources to help the needy.
