Dr. Erin Harrel is a leader in her local Southwest Florida community, as well as in the higher education industry. As a professor, Dean and Vice President of Academic Affairs, she hailed numerous accomplishments and recognition before starting JRM Transforming Education and Old Florida Dream Team at Keller Williams Fort Myers and the Islands.
Given the demands of travel with her consulting firm, she hired more consultants and opted to spend more time at home with her children. This led to enough time to start a completely new endeavor in real estate. Joining her long-time friend, Jessica Nolan as a business partner. They started Old Florida Dream Team. In their first year, they did nearly 20 million dollars in sales. By the second year, her and her business partner were deemed Mega Agents. More importantly, they use this company to Serve and Strengthen their community by giving of time, talents and tidings back to many local charities.
Her most notable achievement is parenting three wonderful teenagers/young adults and surviving, too date. An amazing and active mother of three, she makes it her priority to teach her kids to give back with more than 300 combined service hours in the last two years. In 2018, Erin became a foster mom opening her home to serve as a respite home for at-risk kids. She along with her three children have hosted more than two dozen foster kids. Dr. Harrel has written more than 100 articles and conducted countless presentations on assessment, accountability, strategic planning, education and parenting.
Erin specializes in luxury, commercial, residential, land and mega agent transactions.
