I received my Florida Real Estate License in 2003 and immediately joined the Horizon Realty team. What a great office to work with! Were members of the GainesvilleAlachua County Board of Realtors, Dixie-Gilchrist-Levy Board of Realtors & North Florida MLS. I have held Executive positions with DGL & GACAR Board of Realtors & continue participating on numerous committees, keeping up on current issues effecting real estate.
The information available to buyers & sellers today is rampant - some true, some not. That's where I come in. Real estate is a conversation I have EVERYDAY making my knowledge & resources current. I also work with many other experts in related fields that help in the buying & selling process so my network of resources is plentiful. The question I ask is "How can I be of help to you?"
I love working with first time buyers - I think it's such a major junction in life. As a buyer, you get input from family & friends, media & even strangers. How do you know who to believe? What's changing? What are the current market conditions that effect me? What are the hot topics to include/avoid when purchasing?
I live in High Springs with my two boxers, Daisy & Hoke. I moved here in 2003 from Chicago where I bought, rehabbed and sold historic homes. I dont miss the snow one bit!
