Kandy joined "The Pro Team" in October of 2003, shortly after leaving a six year position as the Rental Director at The Beach Club. She was instrumental in the implementation and ongoing structure of the on-site rental management program for the 656 gulf front condominiums there. However, in October 2004 Kandy was presented with an opportunity to broker and manage the sales and marketing for numerous new condominium developments planned for the area. After 3 years of development experience, her work was finally complete and she came back home to "The Pro Team" in October 2007.
Kandy has been strongly focused in residential real estate sales, development sales and property management for the past thirteen years. This has enabled her to gain a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the gulf coast market. Kandy is excited to be a part of our team and its continued success as one of the leading teams within the RE/MAX family.
