My name is Bradley Livingston, I have always found joy out of helping others. Born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I served in the United States Air Force during Desert Storm, deployed to Madrid, Spain in 1990...after the war, I separated from the Armed Forces and developed a very successful sound design construction company in Madrid. Living in Spain for nearly 20 years, of course I speak fluent Spanish... but I also accomplished something even greater....I became multi-cultural, travelling to well over 20 different countries, which has enabled me to accept that people are different, yet understand that we are all the same. Listening...allows me to better understand you and your desires, understanding you... allows me to serve you better.
Over the years I have uncovered many talents and achieved many titles, such as; skilled carpenter, interior decorator and Chef Apprentice. I managed the Waterset Landing Cafe in Apollo Beach, Florida for many years, through which I have witnessed the rapid development of the Bay area firsthand and in person. Establishing valuable connections with multiple developers, fellow agents, home builders, mortgage loan originators and countless others.
