He earned dual degrees in finance and accounting with the highest distinction from Indiana University's School of Business. He later obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago. He spent more than 20 years as a senior executive in sales and marketing at Fortune 100 companies PepsiCo and Kimberly Clark.

Tim first discovered the Emerald Coast when he was managing this area for Gatorade. He fell in love with its beaches and personality. He returned a month later with his wife, Missi, and for 20 years, the couple vacationed here annually and dreamed of making northwest Florida their permanent residence. They purchased a property in 2010 and managed it as a rental before turning it into their full-time home.

When not with clients or in the office, you can find Tim enjoying all that the Panhandle has to offer an outdoor enthusiast including paddle boarding, biking, running, playing golf, tennis and going to the beach.

Tim specializes in beach properties on 30a and destin area and investment and 2nd home beach properties transactions.
