Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I was born in Minneapolis, MN and moved to Orange Park, Florida, before my second birthday. I met my husband here in 2002 and together we have two amazing daughters. I began my career in the power generation industry working at a local machine shop where I later became a partner. I have also lived in Colorado, running a family-owned, seasonal full-service marina and restaurant in addition to managing various rental properties there. My positions at the machine shop and marina catered to my strengths where I was able to embrace a service-oriented role, caring for everyone from customers to vendors to, most importantly, my employees. My passion to serve people eventually led me to real estate, as it seemed to make a lot of sense.

Once I became a realtor, I quickly found my niche. I absolutely love working with first time home buyers and seniors who are ready to downsizeor even upsize! I love these folks in particular because these two groups of clients require me to work harder to earn their trust and loyalty. I quickly realized I am not a "sales person" but rather a people person, a relationship-builder who is more interested in bringing value to a satisfied client than selling them a home. I know that if I have gained a friend by the end of a transaction, I've done my job.

When I am not assisting clients with buying and selling real estate, I enjoy attempting recipes that me and my daughters find on TikTok or watching my wonderful husband coach our daughters' soccer teams. I am also a "dog mom" to our spoiled-rotten King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Ollie who lives his best life just waiting for his next treat.
